National Golf Association of Armenia” 2015 Annual General Meeting

On December 13, 2015 the National Golf Association of Armenian (NGAA) gathered the following Annual General Meeting. The Golf Association was founded on January 15, 2013 to develop and promote the sport of golf in Armenia.
During the meeting was summarized the current year, the work which was done and the plans of the next 2016 year were discussed.
In the list of achievements the Major Golf Events were discussed, which took place during the year of 2015, such as “Yerevan Cup” Competition organized with the help of Yerevan Municipality and Ararat Golf Club.
Another big achievement was “Caucasian Cup” Competition organized between Armenian and Georgian teams, to promote golf in the region.
2015 was crucial for established golf school for children, the base and future of Golf in Armenia.
Among the important events in the sport of golf is the first time ever organized Golf Competition in the scope of the 6th Pan-Armenian Games.
